Shipping policy

We are a small business processing many orders. Currect processing times on all orders are 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) + shipping time. During major sales and holidays please allow additional processing time. 

Once your order has been shipped, Sweetheart Bodycare is no longer responsible or liable. Sweetheart Bodycare is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority International.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to completing your order. We are not able to fix incorrect addresses once an order has been placed.

We currently only ship to all 50 states in the United States. Internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom.

For tracking issues after your order has shipped or should your package not arrive, please contact USPS directly.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: SPRING + EARLY SUMMER TEMPERATURES DISCLAIMER* Please know that whipped body butters are very delicate and stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures during transit since they are oil based. We cannot guarantee body butters won’t melt but we will provide insulated thermal linings for additional cooling support from extreme heat while in transit during the early spring and fall months. 

SPRING + EARLY SUMMER SHIPPING: Temperatures are starting to rise for the spring season and summer months approaching. While it still may be cooler in some areas from March to May, many areas may now be experiencing warmer, summer like weather. For this reason, we do not accept any refunds or replacements on melted products. If any reason your item arrives melted, simply place your body butter in the refrigerator or freezer and allow it to firm back up.

Melting does not affect the body butter benefits. If you receive your product and it is melted it will sometimes look half way full and it will also not revert back to its whipped texture only because when body butters are whipped air pockets get formed into the mix and once melted those air bubbles disperse and if melted it will appear half way full. Once firmed back up you can wear as is but if you want the whipped consistency, it can be whipped back up giving you more volume.
