Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, sanitary, and health reasons, our products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Which means, Sweetheart Bodycare does not accept any returns or exchanges.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Digital product such as EBooks and Business Guides are non-refundable.
ONLY EXCEPTION FOR REFUNDS * Refunds are only accepted if you received the wrong item(s) sent to you. In order to receive a refund on incorrect items received, you MUST contact us by email within two (2) business days of receiving your order with your full name, order number, and a clear photo of the items. Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment.
If more than two business days have passed since you received the incorrect item(s), you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Store Credit Option — If you do not wish to receive a refund, you may choose to receive a store credit gift card instead. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns on bodycare products. No refunds or returns body butters arriving melted during transit — see shipping policies for more details on melted items.
